We had a water pipe burst and in the process we were told to get someone to look at the gas line as it didnt look hooked up properly-we called Jay and he looked and saw there was nothing wrong and taught us about gas and what to look for - he saw that we had a gas fireplace not working and set it and fixed it without any extra charge and again taught us about them
When he left we had a room we could all enjoy as a family and knew we were safe which you cant ask for more - I would never go anywhere else
