We are in love with our newly developed basement! Every step with Basement Builders went smoothly, efficiently and expertly. First step was meeting with Don who listened to what we wanted developed in the basement and drew up a design that maximized the space, while being mindful of the budget. Don remained a regular point of contact through out the process and was always prompt at answering any questions we had. All the trades and workers coming and going were respectful and professional. We loved the variety of selections offered for flooring, cabinetry, tiles and counter tops. The project wrapped up faster then what was initially projected, with no real timing lags as someone was working almost every day! We would not hesitate to recommend Basement Builders to anyone looking to develop their basement.

We had been talking about finishing out basement for a few years before we selected Basement Builders due to various positive reviews and their expertise in basement development around town. Looking at their website gave us a really good idea of the breadth of projects that they have executed on and provided lots of ideas we could incorporate into our design.

Ben and Don looked after our project and we were extremely pleased with the service and transparency – they were always very quick to respond to phone/text messages and had no issues with myself being a bit more involved in the process. They did a very good job setting expectations for schedule and cost, including preparing for any upgrades one might choose. The online selections process makes it very seamless to build the basement with ultimate transparency on cost. The work itself went very smoothly and I can really tell that they take a significant amount of pride in their quality of work and customer service. Trades were all highly respectful of our home and very talented in what they do for a living. I really appreciated their patience in working to make my dream a reality with the installation of a golf simulator, which no doubt required them to go above and beyond to work with the vendor and installation team to make it perfect.
