Hercules Movers were great to deal with and very professional. They were on time with very friendly movers who even called to update us on their departure and arrival. We had a great experience and recommend them.

I recently used Hercules to move a very large object. Not only were they inexpensive relative to the competition but they were quick to communicate (even late at night) and they were dedicated to doing the job properly. When they showed up,they were extremely professional. Before they even begin moving anything they developed a plan about how to move it without doing any damage to my walls or floor. They came to the conclusion that they needed three more men to do the job properly. After a brief delay, three additional guys showed up and they did not make the move quickly. They took their time to do it correctly. Have I moved before? Yes many times. However, this was my first time using Hercules. Although I hope I don't move again in the future, if I do Hercules will be my first, last and only call. Thank you very much Walter for your help in getting the move done.

I am very happy with the way Hercules Moving handled the move of my Mother's furniture and a full upright piano from Montreal to Burlington. From dealing with some obstacles at pickup site to taking the time to stabilize the piano at destination they were polite, efficient, and took great care of all the pieces. Special thank you to Adrianna for answering all my calls and Simas pleasant and patient manner. I would definitely recommend them and use them for any moving in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Hercules. Igor answered all my questions and provided a quote that was the best of the five other moving companies I called. The movers arrived promptly and working quickly but with considerable care and had everything packed up much quicker than expected. We were simply blown away by the professional demonstrated by both movers. Very satisfied customer.

I contacted Hercules to ask if they would be interested and able to move our piano that we were giving to a little boy going through treatment for cancer. Igor was quick to reply that they definitely would love to do this.
The Hercules team arrived and quickly went to work. They took great care to wrap the piano and gently move it out of the house. They worked efficiently and were kind to each other and to us. We really appreciate the kind generosity of the Hercules moving company in moving the piano to our house. They didn' accept any money, because they were doing our son a favour as he is currently diagnosed with a pre-existing condition. Sending lots of good vibes and good karma their way! My sister and I booked Hercules to move our parents’ full house furnishings to an apartment based upon the excellent job they did with our grandmother’s piano last month. Second time was as good as the first. Three strong, exceedingly polite, patient and competent young men - Pranus, Vitalius and Vladimir - came on time and did a meticulous job.
These kind of moves, especially when an apartment elevator is a factor, can take more time than anticipated so I would recommend that customers ask for the full time range the move might take. While the move took longer than first estimated, we were given a clear indication of the hourly rate and that the final price would be based upon the actual time it took. We were glad they did not rush the job but instead took painstaking care with all the furniture, wrapping all in plastic so absolutely nothing was scratched.
Igor, the owner, was always a phone call away if there were questions although none were necessary as everything had been carefully thought out.
We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for A-1 movers. They really helped to make a potentially stressful day, way less so!

This company is the best delivery services. Specially 2 strong man delivery the Piano U1 48" for me ...Both young strong man very nice service. They are very care for the product they delivery.
