Steve and his Canadian Sound colleagues are true professionals. Canadian Sound offers first rate products combined with exceptional service to support their sound and entertainment systems. I have engaged Canadian Sound to install two complete sound and TV systems in two Oakville homes covering over 20 years. The most recent work was done in 2022/23 covering several TVs and a higher end sound system. When there are little glitches (usually caused by me), they respond right away. If it's after hours, they communicate by phone or email with tips. If that doesn't work, they send a technician the next day.

Canadian Sound originally installed a complete sound system, TV etc. in our home and garden back in 2011 and it's worked perfectly. Unfortunately, Rogers' recently updated their "Navigatr" system which required us to upgrade to a new NextBox PVR. Steve from Canadian Sound installed the new PVR this past Saturday, made some helpful adjustments and suggested adding a Sonos to make our system more versatile. Overall, we've been really pleased with the Canadian Sound team and have recommended them to friends who have also been pleased.

They were one of our favourite partners when we were building our new home a couple years ago. Easy to work with, super professional and while not the cheapest option, their level of service and attention to detail while on-site to think through the details was worth the investment. I've since used them for two other projects and referred them to others who have had the same experience we did.
