Second time using John. He installed 3 toilets for me last year. Again, a great experience. Punctual and clean. He installed quickly and also gave me the option to save money by providing the pump myself. My go to plumber now.

We are moving our bathroom vanity. The wall where the vanity will end up had existing plumbing in it for a kitchen sink in the adjoining room (see image taken from bathroom side of wall).
John and his apprentice came in and, using the existing in-wall plumbing, roughed-in the water lines and drain to the location and height I specified. The kitchen sink still works wonderfully and the bathroom rough-in is exactly where we need it.
The whole process took less than two hours.
I'm happy we had John come in and do it right. Saved me a headache and an afternoon's work.

My bathtub in washroom was leaking also the valve to close water during water was leaking. The location of leak was detected and solution was made in a professional manner at a reasonable cost.

John and his team were professional, on time and fair. I had initially called him for two issues. The first one, and to my embarrassment, was so simple that John did not charge me for fixing it. The second was a more complicated fix. While the fix needed a second call, what was refreshing and outstanding was the speed and care John demonstrated in resolving the problem. Very impressed and satisfied.

John Dima was courteous and professional and did a good job in replacing a leaky toilet. Very respectful of premises and left the bathroom neat at the end of project. Will definitely call again if need arises.

Very professional and courteous, job well done. There was a leak in the basement. Mr. Dima and his associate, found out the problem area and fixed in a few minutes. They conducted themselves very professionally and were very courteous.

John was a complete professional. although it was a small job John was quick to respond, let us know exactly when he would be there and did a great job.

I had to replace a couple of older toilets and he did all the work for me. He provided the toilets, great quality I may add, installed them and took away the old ones, so basically I had nothing to worry about. I paid exactly what he quoted and the job was done quick. John came in installed one of the newer separate in-wall Laundry faucets with PEX piping, got it done on time and quickly and everything has been working fine ever since. (Thanks Johns)
