Travis fit me in the same day I called. Travis is knowledgable and efficient, troubleshooting the problem in the bathroom and fixing it in a short span of time with no extra or hidden costs. He is personable and left the bathroom in the clean state he found it in. This is a smaller company with a small company with a good personal feel (for the short time and small job I had for them) and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
