We decided after three months of having our condo on the market that we could not sell easily unless it was renovated ... we searched about three painting companies and decided to go with Panacea.. and we negotiated on a good cost and they did an absolute remarkable job ... after they finished the work we had an offer on the Condo in 4 days... The Condo was sold..!!!... and I believe we got the best work in the best price we could’ve achieved.. Thanks Much Guys..!!
