Blind Magic Window Coverings

I bought my blinds about 7 years ago from Blind Magic when they were located in St Albert. My blind required repair and from the moment I spoke to Cynthia in service I was treated to a superb level of customer service. I took my blind to their location on 170 Street and nothing was too much trouble, I was greeted by Elizabeth at reception in a very friendly and welcoming manner. Cynthia quickly identified what was wrong with my blind and informed me that it would be repaired under warranty. In less than a week the blind was repaired and ready for pick up. I noticed that the blind had not only been repaired but also thoroughly cleaned. The customer interface between myself and Cynthia and Elizabeth was customer service at its best. I really appreciated Blind Magic for being willing to install our curtains/rods (from Ikea) without purchasing the material from them. We decided to use them because no one else would do the job for us after calling 5+ places. We had a high ceiling and we didn't want to take the risk of doing it ourselves using a tall ladder. I chose blind magic as they warranty their blinds (supposedly) for the life of the blind. We've bought some through box stores and within 2 years the string would break, blind magic says that this would be covered under their warranty. So we purchased blinds through them. So far so good, though it's only been 2 months. They came out and measured for free and showed us samples. The Blinds were ordered and came in only 14 days after we ordered them, not bad especially before christmas, they were able to intall them as part of the cost of the order within a few days of having the blinds come in. one thing to be careful about, all blinds come from the states so sometimes wait times could be longer, or they get the product in to the store only to discover that it's been damaged at the border crossing (as they get inspected).

Thank you for making it simple and for just doing everything right. From the sales appt (Colleen) to the installer (Danny) they made me feel like I was important. Which is not typical in todays marketplace of quick in and outs. Thanks again and the shades look great.
