Delivery

I ordered some bath supplies but most of them were not available, but I ordered the stuff which was available first and wanted to wait for the rest. The problem is that their product is available different dates and you have to pay shipping fee each time you want the item to be delivered or you have to wait until the last date like 3 months or so to have them all together and waive the shipping fee. so 3 different item, 3 different date and over 200$ shipping fee..at the same time, when you call, they don't care about customer at all. worst customer representative ever! Just cancelled all my orders

Local store manager Clint was able to rectify a quality issue through showing understanding and compassion

Nadoli 48” Brushes nickel shower with 36^ side panel SKU F-5825BN

Finally, the local Bath Depot store contacted me and has rectified the quality issue. I believe that on-line portals portray less customer service than the management of the actual retail stores. I try to continue to support brick and mortar stores in Ottawa.

Delivery and Customer service supervisor

Delivery service extremely poor with no tracking information. Called at least 6 times. Supervisor not cooperating and I asked for refund for poor delivery service. She and two other customer service told they will call me and but never called. It has been a month now. I purchased goods worth 2800$. VERY POOR SERVICE. WILL NEVER GO BACK WITH THEM.

30% restocking fee on return

I had to pay Bath Depot a 30% restocking fee on an order where they recommended the incorrect product. This amounted to approximately $120 for a cardboard box and the cost of shipping.

Worst Company EVER

Bought a vanity, linen tower and mirror from them. Mirror arrived broken because it had not been put together properly in the first place. After contacting them, they rather rudely informed me that they would replace it but I had to pay shipping costs of 60 dollars. When I informed them that the mirror was broken because they put it together wrong the stopped responding. Vanity and linen tower are okay but took some modifications to get it together as some holes were not lining up and legs are bent. Don't be tempted by what sound like great prices....its not worth the hassle.

Buyers Beware of trap

Went to the Bath depot looking for a vanity, good quality and style. After bringing the product home realized the vanity would have been too small for the space I wanted it in. Upon returning it to the store the store representative tells me you cannot get your money back but just a credit with the store. Trapped and not feeling so intrigued with their style of service I am forced to buy something from their store to rid of my credit. Not pleased

buyer beware

From Woodbridge Bath depot, posted on yelp. To start, we were not looking for cheap, I wanted a quality product at a good price and bath depot looked to fill that bill.
Apparently not! You get what you pay for.
Delivery was a pain in the butt.
the vanity we ordered looks good, and it may be, but the hole for the vanity faucet which we also bought from bath depot, is too close to the back, now when you open the faucet, it touches the back wall so doesn't open all the way.
We purchased a shower bridge, looks like a great idea, but does not adjust for length, neither the 48" or the 60" so built shower had better be exact to make it fit, not to mention that installing the shower bridge make you need lower shower wall, and try to support a shower glass wall with that mounted on top will be next to impossible. Looks like a great idea but a fail in my books.
So we purchased a shower panel, well the shower head does not firm up and wobbles, oh and bath depot won't exchange once installed and water runs through, 50% offered back, frankly now my contractor says panels are not a good idea, but if you must, go to Lowe's.
The tub faucet, we had to finally settle on a faucet that is mounted on the tub, spent about $400 I think, again we didn't try to go cheap, it looks ok, but the wand part continues to run after being shut off so when you put it back in the hole where it goes when you shut t off, it continues to leak into the hole and therefore onto the floor under the tub, good luck cleaning that up. Bath Depot says I need to change the cartridge now. Annoying.
The vanity faucet, about $200 continues to run after shut off for about 1/2 a second or more. it all works but this is not right and similar to what i said before with mounted on a bath depot vanity it hits the wall. Again, pretty sure bath depot says change the cartridge.
Guess what, I paid a crap load of money for a plumber to install a shower panel, tub, tub faucet, vanity and vanity faucet, now to fix everything, who pays for that?
Buyer beware, I will update this if Bath depot decides to make all this right, but this is ridiculous, my bill with bath depot is well over $2000 and I need to replace parts and pieces already, and pay someone to do it.
This is authentic, still working on my bathroom from July 2018.

Bathtub purchase.

Jas the store manager went the extra mile. He managed my expectations regarding delivery from the 3rd party service. Product arrived promptly. Jas went the extra mile literally delivering the drain and overflow to my home personally when it turned out the warehouse didn't have.

Decent selection of Tubs, vanities, toilets at good prices. Go for the customer service.
