We had two very unruly Elderberry Trees (about 10 feet high) that we could not contain ourselves anymore. Despite my own efforts in cutting them back, they would only grow bigger the next year, which my neighbor did not appreciate. I needed help from someone who know their way around trees.
Jeremy took the time out of his busy day and came out to have a look and provide me with a quote.
That afternoon we scheduled an appointment to get the job done and I was not disappointed. Jeremy and his colleague came out today and our elderberry trees are now in excellent shape for the season to come . They answered all my questions and the work was done in a quick and efficient manner. All the cut branches were neatly stacked on my front lawn awaiting the second team which would put them through the shredder. The second team arrived within 30 minutes after Jeremy left, shredded all the branches and cleaned up my lawn and sidewalk. I am very happy with their work and will be using Open Canopy Tree Services again in the future. Customer service is top-notch which is not always a given nowadays. Highly recommend!!!

Jeremy and his crew were very professional. They helped us removed a couple of big spruce trees and a few other smaller trees for a very reasonable price. They went above and beyond with helping us grind down the trees, remove extra logs and cleared some other branches. Thank you so much!

The job was done extremely professionally and exactly as described. Jeremy was unfailingly polite and answered all my questions in a way I could easily understand. He and his assistant arrived promptly at the appointed time and did a fantastic job. At the end of it all, they left my front lawn clean and tidy. Very highly recommended!

Jeremy and his crew did a great job of removing a HUGE dying poplar tree that was in a tricky spot in the corner of our backyard. The tree came down safely one one day and the stump was ground down the following morning. All wood was removed from the property as promised. I'm happy to recommend Jeremy's services to others.

Our property was last professionally landscaped in the summer of 1993. The 1/4 acre lot contains approx. 55 mixed trees, 20 ft. to 60+ft. tall, plus 10 - 15 larges bushes, all in dire need of major pruning, shaping, clean-up and several tree removals.

Jeremy and crew did a most excellent job, in two cold and snowy days, beyond my expectation really!

Jeremy and his assistant showed up on the appointed day. My wife, who is a very picky gardener, went out and pointed out what she thought needed to be done to the various trees and bushes in our yard, then left for her appointments for the day. But before she left, she expressed her confidence in Jeremy, said " he knows what he is doing". They worked for several hours, pruning several bushes, and with the biggest job, our elm tree, climbing up into it, clearing the interior and raising the canopy. All in all, it was a superb job of pruning and great cleanup afterwards! My wife was very pleased with all the pruning, and particularly commented on the manner of pruning of our lilacs and cherry tree. Thank you, Jeremy! You are now our go-to tree person, extraordinaire!

Jeremy and Max arrived on time and took no more (even less) time than anticipated. They were very efficient and the clean up after was great. I highly recommend Jeremy and his company. From the time I had him out to give me an estimate to today, I was impressed with his professionalism.

Jeremy arrived -quote was very reasonable-we agreed on the spot and the tree was taken down-all under a half an hour (included was the return trip-after ground unfroze) to grind the stump. Work was complete -ground raked and returned to original state,questions answered-best service ..ever.

Jeremy was great to work with.. my backyard was cleaned up nearly the next day after asking for their team to quote. They were out and did a quick estimate and I gave the ok and it was cleaned up the next day..

Even more signs of their great customer service are this - they left a number of bagged leaves as I didn't mention to take them, and I and they were over next day to clean them up too along with a few other things.. I can't say enough positive things about them and would recommend them to anyone.
