We purchased 5 eight foot tall balsam firs and had planted them professionaly and 1 died within the first 6 months. When we approached the owner he said that was too bad and he wouldn't even consider replacing the 1 tree even when we told him we wanted to buy more in the future. Due to this service we will not be making any further purchases from this company as they do not stand behind their product and recommend that others beware.
