Had a water tank issue and called pristine plumbing they came ASAP to fix the problem. Highly responsible craftsman plumbers. Would call again in a heartbeat

My 4 year old kid managed to block my toilet by flushing an entire roll. Fast forward four days, hours of plunging and several unsuccessful home remedies - it would not shift! Called Pristine who came the next day, Daniel managed, with persistence and an auger, to unblock so we did not have to remove the unit. Yeah! Great service would recommend to all.

OOPS the toilet paper holder accidently got flushed down the toilet.
I phoned and Pristine was so fast to respond and send help. Andrew was so pleasant to deal with. He explained the situation and got right to work and put my mind at ease. I would not hesitate to recommend Prisitne Plumbing and would definitely use them in the future.

I was experiencing issues with both my main and ensuite toilets. Based
on Pristine Plumbing's reviews, I decided to book them and I am pleased
that I did. It was a pleasure to deal with Michael, Andrew and Charlie who
were all prompt, professional and knowledgeable. They provided explanations in terms that I could understand in order for me to make an informed decision.

Due to the way my sprinkler system is set up, it wasn't possible to achieve the results that I was looking for to fix the slow fill of one of the toilets (there was pressure issue), but Daniel kindly adjusted my invoice
anyway even though it was out of their control. I would not hesitate to
refer Pristine to my friends and family and I am happy that I have a
reliable plumber to turn to.

Daniel and Charlie are very professional. They provide honest opinion to the issues and carried out the work to solve the problem. They have helped me replaced the dated insinkerator and clear the kitchen drain pipe and performed hydro flush to clear the blockage in the drain line. I really appreciate their hard work.
