Worst experience ever! First of all they showed up late and with only 2 movers instead of the 3 we requested. So we had to wait for the 3rd mover before they could start. Turns out the movers were working a double shift and they started slowing down after a couple of hours and had to have breaks that we were paying for. Second, they damaged my kitchen table dropping it because of their fatigue. Then my coffee table got so scuffed up because they were putting boxes on it. And even worse, after I complained about the coffee table and how it was so damaged (previously in pristine condition), due to one mover sliding boxes along the coffee table instead of putting boxes on the floor, the mover got in trouble and he found my cell phone to send me malicious messages, calling me a racist and saying awful things. This scared me because he knows where I live and he shouldnt have access to my contact information. Now to top it all off, when the furniture repair person couldnt restore the furniture to the original condition, after 2 months of back and forth, they only would compensate us with $150 even though our ruined furniture is worth about $2500. Its been a month and we havent received the $150 they begrudgingly agreed to. IF YOU HAVE NICE FURNITURE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
