Roy and his team performed a full renovation on the main floor and basement by taking the house to the studs, upgrading electrical with a full house rewire and conversion from oil to natural gas. as this was my first major renovation project I appreciated Roy’s knowledge regarding construction and design. He was able to translate my ideas and come up with solutions to keep us on budget. I have included some before and after picture and think the quality of the work done speaks for itself. I am looking forward to my next renovation with Roy and his team.

Our project scope involved removing the existing fireplace mantle , replacing with a new look mantle and adding a new brick/stone laminate product to create a new accent wall(approximately 17' tall) . The addition of a new TV required adding of a new substructure support which was also built into the new the brickwork .
Roy also added complete painting services which were also completed within the tight timelines as well .
All elements were completed earlier than the promised lead-time which was extremely aggressive at the onset .
After sales service included several follow-up visits to ensure all electronic connections were working efficiently .

Roy Conner and his assistant Tom built a new set of stairs from our garage to the house. Our home inspector had advised us that the old stairs were not safe and no handrail made them even more of a hazard.

This was a small job for Roy but an important one for us. Roy and Tom had a new staircase completed in one day. The stairs are very strong and we now have the proper spaced stringers and risers and handrails on both sides of the staircase. These stairs will never need replacing again.

We are pleased to recommend Roy Conner for even your smallest renovation job. The quality of his work was great, the job was done quickly and the site was left clean.

Conner & Associates tiled my tub surround & bathroom floor. We chose travertine subway tile for the tub. Roy installed the tile perfectly. His work is meticulous. He has since been back to install drywall & we will have him back to install tile in another bathroom.
