Our Kitchen was extremely out dated, like something from the 60's, wall paper and all!
The reno included the replacement of backsplash, counter, flooring, upper and lower cabinets, fresh paint and pot lights and we also replaced all appliances and the sink and more significantly, opened a load bearing wall to create a sizeable breakfast peninsula with matching cabinetry underneath. I requested 8 quotes, received 5 estimates and followed up with 3 contractors before I decided on Conner and Associates. They were mid range among the 3 but our project manager Roy diligently answered my many questions and the emails eventually became a very detailed account of the scope and approach to the work. This frequent and clear communication carried on throughout the project and they stayed on the original budget and on schedule. The lead contractor onsite was professional and had an eye for attention to detail, making the experience both pleasant and worry free. He gained my trust in the first few days by the questions he asked and suggestions he made. Both Roy and The lead contractor anticipated some small but noticeable improvements I had not thought of, demonstrating their care and pride for the work they wanted to deliver. They addressed every request for final touches prior to painting and prior to project conclusion. The rest of the house was well protected from construction and was cleaned up at the end of each day giving us full use of the kitchen except for 2-3 days when the appliances were getting moved or fresh paint had just been applied. I would recommend them without reservation!

I recently had my master bathroom renovated. From a stand alone shower to a jetted tub, a single vanity to a double, as well as heated floors installed. Roy and his team were extremely professional and completed the work in a timely manner. I was also provided with different options on finishes, tiles etc, based on my budget and the design I was going for. Overall I would highly recommend Roy and his team for any renovation project.

Roy and team did a great job on our garage, converting two single doors to one and creating an entrance to the house. They did the structural work well, built silid shelving, and did a really good job with all of the final touches. It took a bit longer than it should have, but no complaints otherwise. Would definitely recommend.

I am pleased with the work that was completed by Conner & Associates. My elderly parents had many issues with respect to water damage/moisture/mould in their basement. Roy of Conner & Associates was very helpful and accommodating as he took the time to answer many questions, kept me informed as to the status of the job and worked around my parents schedule. Demolition of the main den room right to the cement walls/exposed ceiling was completed quickly and clean-up was done in a timely manner. A large dehumidifier and air blower were brought in for a number of days as well in order to help dry out the basement, and mould control product applied. A basement waterproofing company was then hired (from Homestars) to replace the weeping tile/solve the foundation issues on the outside of the home. I would have no problem recommending Conner & Associates and look forward to continuing our basement renovation with them in the spring once the outside work has settled.

Demolition/removal of existing shower, vanity and lights in my century home. Replacement of vanity, plumbing, new lighting, as well as installation of new shower tiles, glass, plumbing and hardware. Roy and his crew did excellent work, kept me informed and found solutions to challenges they encountered, and ensured I was completely satisfied with the final result. Highly recommend!
