Highly disappointed, very negative experience

Garage Doors & Hardware review in Toronto

I had a very negative experience with this company, their work quality is super low and very unskilled. They are totally oriented at being able to take as much as they can with providing the lowest quality of service. I had a small problem with garage door and it cost me 150$ for a 5 minute repair, however as i was in a hurry i sent them 1500$ instead and today is the 30th day i'm calling Zack to refund it and he hasn't done yet. It seems he doesn't have any intentions. I will need to include a lawyer and report this business

Garage door hardware, openers replacement

We asked for a consultation for a new home we just purchase and found out the garage door openers and hardware was all outdated and worn. Was very loud. Found first responders via a google link and contacted them. They texted me immediately and showed up the next day. Two brand new garage door openers and new hardware installed same day and within a few hours. Our installer was super nice and very helpful in explaining all the issues. 5-Stars could be 10 stars they were so good. Highly recommend!!!! Thanks Zack and his team, they did an amazing job
