This is the second time we've used Finished Basements to renovate parts of our home. 5 years ago we installed a gorgeous double-sided stone fireplace between our main floor kitchen and family room. This year, we decided to renovate our 1,000 sq ft basement. We did our research and got quotes from multiple companies. No easy job - gutted original basement to studs, removed load bearing wall... installed new custom kitchen, bath, laundry, fitness, pantry, and storage rooms, + new floor with all the lighting and trimmings you'd expect from a modern renovation company.
