Mark is an excellent find. Earlier this year, I referenced him from Homestars & am glad that I did. To start with, his quote was the lowest cost amongst all others that we had engaged with- for a 17X30 keyhole shape pool liner replacement. More than the price, it was his remarkable ability to connect with a new customer like us that drew us in. The initial visit was followed by one to open the pool, he was there with his son & removed the old liner, left the area spotlessly clean & tidy.
As luck would have it, upon removal of the old liner, we surfaced a surprise with the entire pool side wall rusted & beginning to corrode due to several pin size leaks in the old liner.
Mark was upfront about the solution options & worked with us to get through to the right one. This is always a grey area for any service provider & most are happy to capitalize on the client's situation, not Mark though! He only charged us a very reasonable amount to fix the issue.
He is a lightening rod when it comes to anything concerning pools, I admire his left brain & right brain compatibility for an ideal concoction of knowledge & application in this service oriented business. We are now looking at buying a security cover via his office. Highly recommend him.
