Alexanian Carpet & Rug Cleaning

I was really shocked, we got our carpet cleaned and it was noticeably dirtier than before it was cleaned - and it was left crunchy and hard - instead of soft and plush. The stains were also not removed and now the whole carpet looks brownish. I honestly have no idea what happened. Also when you call the company they say 119 for two rooms - when the arrives he gives you a completely different price with no explanation - oh no 119 is just for steam cleaning - your carpets can't be steamed then he said the price is 200 including tax then all of a sudden it was 200 plus tax - I have very basic carpeting, nothing fancy. I just didn't have the energy so I paid what he asked for.
