Hot water heater/combined system

When we moved into our townhouse we wanted to replace the rental hot water heater, remove the rental and purchase and replace the hot water heater.
This turned out to be more complicated than anticipated due to the combination hot water heater/radiant heater system we have, Makhoul was prompt, friendly and very easy to communicate with. When there was a problem with the sensor he returned right away to deal with the issue. Courteous and considerate.
