I woke up to a flood in my basement and quickly panicked about what to do and the damage that had been done. Roy and Hightower from Protex Plumbing and Gas were referred to me by a friend and upon contacting them they arrived at my house within the hour with a new pump and a plan. Needless to say the flood could have been worse had they not been so timely and knowledgeable and I am very grateful for their excellent service.
