We called Roy in initially to replace some pipe. Looking around the plumbing in the basement, Roy spotted a small leak that we had not noticed and made the necessary repairs. Getting this fixed before it became a problem saved us a lot of trouble down the road. Roy and his assistant Dave performed a shower system retrofit to our older house which presented some unique challenges. They stuck with it until it was completed. It looks and works great! Roy and Dave did all their work in a professional and thorough manner, advising us of repair options available to us along the way. And they cleaned up, leaving the work spaces pristine!
