"We completed our renovation with Sensus recently and it was both good and challenging. We run a lot of businesses and understand how actively this team manages everything. Its amazing that they can treat every situation and contract and phase that has unique circumstances in such an organized manner by negotiating and being so relationship based. It was challenging because of the decisions and planning and creative effort required by us as our lifestyles do not support that but we felt the need to! Their communication is consistent and they work at very high level from what I can tell. It looks like this company is in a very special time where the culture is flowing down from the overly energetic management team and everyone is committed to growing.
