My family has been fortunate to have Nimi and his crew provide roofing services on two of our homes. We're in no hurry to move again, but if we ever do, we know who we will call.
We purchased an older home in 2019, and when it developed a leak around a skylight over the winter, Nimi responded quickly to our call, and came to assess the situation. He is very good at what he does, and he is booked and busy because of that. He still made time to visit our home, and he provided us with a reasonable cost estimate, and an equally reasonable treatment plan for our roof. It was sub-zero weather, but he was willing to provide us with a localized, emergency repair, if we needed it. Ultimately, we had the work done over the summer, when it was 30 plus degrees each, and every day. Our entire roof was re-shingled (because it was in bad shape) and our eavestroughs were replaced/repaired over the course of a few days. The crew was at our home, on the dot, each day. They never kept us waiting, and they never gave us any headaches or cause for concern. We have a beautiful new roof now, and we don't worry anymore if there is a heavy rain or high wind.
