Stay away from this company - we lost thousands of dollars
They provided a quote of $34,000 for our "entire roof deck area", then asked for a $12,000 deposit. After we gave them the deposit they changed their quote, saying their initial quote was only for the 2nd storey roof and didn't include the 1st floor roof. They said the entire job would cost more than double the initial quote. They were rude and mean, they would not admit their mistake, would not give us our money back. Their rudeness added insult to injury. We had to switch roofing companies and lost thousands of dollars. It was the worst experience we've ever had with trades. Stay away from this company.

Hi Ann. I'm sorry you feel this way after we have explained this to you multiple times. You sent us blueprints asking for a quote on your new roof, not your existing roof, and as per the plans, we quoted on the roof sections that stated they would be new sections. Unfortunately, the slate products you ordered are not a low-cost product and you added double the sqft. The material is a special-order product, as discussed when you initially ordered, there was NO possibility of a refund as the manufacturer requires pre-payment to go into production for your special-order product, and because you asked for a refund when the product was already produced, our hands were tied. After you called our supplier and impersonated yourself as an AllPro employee, we ended the discussion, delivered the material you paid for to your jobsite and cut ties.
