Very good value. Jim is very knowledgeable and had excellent recommendations about the glass and window styles. The windows were ready for installation earlier than projected. Malek is a pleasure to work with and very thorough. He and his helper worked long hours to get the job done in three days.

We came across Eurostar Windows and Doors at the Burlington Home Show in the early fall. After getting quotes from several other companies we chose them based on price, quality of windows and customer service. Jim was a very professional and courteous salesman. Not at all pushy like some of the other salesmen we had come through the house. He made suggestions that we hadn't even considered to get the best windows for our home based on both esthetics and energy efficiency. We couldn't be happier with how they look. Igor came to do the technical measurements on a Saturday, which was much appreciated. He was prompt and efficient. After the order was placed Eurostar was able to stick to our required install date. Malek and his partner did any amazing job on the install. They took great care to make sure not to make a mess (or let our old cat out of the house:)). We are especially pleased with the attention to detail around the aluminum flashing at the top of our windows. We look forward to working with the Eurostar team again to do our back patio door.

Did not come with proper info re amount of time the job would take, so were here until 10:30 pm. Cleaned up well. There are a few questions, but will ask them when they come again to do more work.

I love my door! I have a dog and so the door gets a lot of use all year round. The patio door it replaced was always getting stuck, especially in cold weather. The install went smoothly, and I would highly recommend Eurostar Tilt-and-turn windows as well.
