Eric was extremely accommodating to work with. Since we wanted a very specific custom home, Eric guided us through the channels that gave us control to make the all the design decisions. From the first day, he was actively involved on the building site, which continued through the build. His trades were all friendly, professional and talented. We were pleased with Eric’s ‘standards’ that other builders charge as upgrades.
