We are very pleased with our new window coverings from Signature Window Fashions. Every step of the process was professional and knowledgeable. Lyle was especially patient with us while we made our decisions and was able to pin down our needs perfectly. Our blinds were then pleasantly ready ahead of schedule. The installation by Raj was quick, with minimal intrusion. He even washed his hands before unwrapping the blinds for installation. And, phone contact to co-ordinate the whole process gave us the feeling we were being looked after, right down to follow up on our satisfaction and reminder of life time warranty. Thank you to the Signature Team, for the unique, positive experience; a rarity nowadays. And, we love our blinds, they have transformed our living space. We will recommend Signature to family and friends, and especially to residents in our new condo building.
