It was unfortunate that I was unable to complete my business with this company. Timing was bad with one of the brothers sick in the hospital. However, they did refund my deposit for materials allowing me to contract another roofing company.

This company is dishonest . The Taylor brothers will tell you that they are a legitimate company which is not true. They are good actors and appear to speak a good speak. However, when it comes time to deliver they fall short of their commitments. They cannot be trusted and had taken my $1500 deposit and never showed up to do the work or to provide a refund. If they come knocking on your door don’t bother giving them the time of day.
I just wanted to let everyone know I was successful to get my deposit refunded. It required me launch a formal compliant with revenue Canada which I dropped after getting my money back. I will now say that Taylor brothers honored their commitment but at what cost?
