Abbas is the most unprofessional and deceitful contractor I've ever experienced! Please avoid at all cost! As a self-proclaimed specialist in potlight installation, he turned out to be extremely disappointing.
During Installation:
1) Abbas damaged ceiling walls when installing the lights, creating huge holes which he unevenly patched up. He even left behind some holes to us to patch up ourselves because he was in a rush to complete the job.
2) Abbas installed additional lights which we didn't request for, and demands to be paid for them.
3) A 2-day job became a 5-day job because he only worked 3-4hrs a day, consistently complaining and making demands (even started taking showers at my place!)
4) Abbas does not possess sufficient skill to install separate switches for the potlights.
Payment
1) Abbas completely ignores previously negotiated terms, and bills an invoice that is almost $1000 higher than the original agreement.
2) Abbas demanded to paid/tipped everyday, so he can "pay his suppliers".
In summary, there are plenty of other contractors more skillful and honest that Electric and Gas. Please avoid.
