I approached Tim’s Team to create an In-Law suite in my basement for my aunt to live in. I needed a kitchen built, electrical and plumbing, and some major modifications to the existing bathroom.I wanted the work done and each phase fully inspected by the City of Langley. It was to act as a legal mortgage helper that future owners would find value in. He provided me a plan and a budget that was very reasonable, as well as a timeframe to complete the work.
His team came in and completed the work on time and on budget. The quality of the work was fabulous and they even cleaned up! They had a professional team come in to do the job and when I came home from my vacation, my house was spotless! I was so excited! And the quality of work that his trades did was excellent and my aunt is enjoying her new home immensely.
Today the work still looks great and there has been no need to call him to come fix anything that was done. Last year, I had them come back and install all of my hardwood floors. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again for other renovations in the future!
