We had water leaks around our basement windows. The windows didn’t leak, but the seal between the parging and the window frame was poorly done when our house was built. This allowed water to seep through the window framing and into the house, around the top of the windows. J&J replaced the seal on the outside of the frame, around the window, and then put new parging around the windows. We just tested the repair after a couple weeks and no more leaks. They used the correct type of sealant for our climate. We’re happy to finally have leak free windows!

He knew exactly what the problem was and detailed the likely solution. A couple days later someone from his team came over to do an inspection and confirmed what Jeff told me over the phone. The next day Jeff sent me a quote and within one week him and his team were able to schedule me in and complete the work. Jeff and his team were friendly and completed the work in a timely manner and even took the time to explain their process. I would not hesitate one bit to recommend this team. Great team, great service, and excellent at what they do!
