Richard provided a written quote and arrived on time and finished ahead of schedule. This was the second time I hired Richard. He did the job he was hired for as well as doing several other extras without additional charge. He was careful to cover everything and use drop sheets to protect my belongings, and took and disposed of all of the empty paint cans. He is competively priced, flexible, and lived up to my extremely high standards.
