Complete 'laminate' flooring on my entire upper level.
After years of dealing with old carpeting we decided to re-place our entire upper level in laminate flooring. At first I used a contractor that claimed he had built custom homes etc... but when I realized all he wanted was over 60% of his labour before lifting a tool, we soon parted ways.
It was my decision after speaking with Wayne that his costs were 'more' than reasonable and he expected nothing until I was completely satisfied with the results. After having a bad taste in my mouth from the first (call me Paul) phony, my faith in the 'working class' was restored with the excellent job done by Wayne. The truth of the matter is that Wayne will be 'returning' to do more work for me. During the first job (done by Wayne) I was so impressed by his work ethic, honesty and willingness to do all those little things to make me completely satisfied before he was done.
I have told Wayne (concept flooring) that he can use my name as a reference and even have people call me if they want to hear directly from me.
