When we had water leaking through our skylight this winter, we were pretty concerned. But Jeff at Moore Skylights put us very much at ease. He explained thoroughly and clearly what our options were and offered a competitive price. When we signed up to have him install a new skylight, the company's responsiveness was outstanding and the service was as promised, on time, and on budget. We discovered that two skylights were leaking in the house we moved into. Velux recommended Moore Skylights. I contacted Jeff and he was great. Skylight leaked after recent rainstorms. Contacted Moore Skylights Inc.
Within 24 hours, Jeffrey had checked the skylight, provided a written quotation, committed to a date for installation, covered the skylight with tarp to prevent further damage.
Jeffrey was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He took our stress/worry away, kept us apdated, did the replacement on time, laid tarps inside the house to protect floors, etc.
