Jeff's service was awesome. From our first call through to installation, he was responsive and attentive. He took time to explain his entire process to us clearly and then showed us pictures of all the work he'd completed. Our installation happened to be on a sunny day surrounded by cold, cloudy days, and on the day after installation, there was a downpour. Jeff called to confirm all was well--which of course it was. We'd highly recommend Moore Skylights if you're ever looking to replace or install a skylight.

Jeff replaced an old leaking skylight for us. From our first chat on the phone until the replacement was complete, Jeff was helpful in educating me about the skylight, why it leaked and how he will ensure that the replacement will not. He took pics before, during and after the installation and was totally transparent about the entire process. I highly recommend Jeff, he is an absolute pro.

Exceptional Service!

Jeff was extremely professional, friendly and courteous in his installation of our new skylight. He was very knowledgeable about what skylight was needed to replace our old bubble shield one and advised accordingly. He's extremely friendly and professional to deal with over the phone and in person. He installed our new skylight and took pictures at every step during the install. The work was laid out very clearly and executed very professionally. He was very respectful of our home and cleaned up the area after he was finished. I 100% recommend Moore skylights! We are extremely satisfied with his work ethic. Thanks Jeff!!

I developed a small leak in a 10 year old acrylic skylight. I checked homestars and called Jeff. He came by to check it the next day while I was away on vacation and provided me a quote via email and called me to discuss what he found. Instead of fixing it during the winter, he explained that it is better to fix the skylight in the spring when the membrane would adhere to the roof better. He assured me that no significant damage would occur by waiting. He was right. He called me every few weeks to keep me updated on when he would come (weather dependent). He came today and replaced it. He was indeed correct, everything went well. He was professional, honest and does great work. I wish I could say the same about everyone in the contracting business.

Skylight Dome replacement

We had a Skylight that was 29 years old - a dome skylight. Found Jeff on Homestars.com. Right from the initial consultation, quote to the installation we were very impressed with the professionalism and the quality of the work. We were originally scheduled for end of March, but Jeff had opportunity to fit us in earlier due to the above average climate temperatures. It was a good thing too. Jeff provided photos, a description and Jeff called me at work to walk me through the photos and provide a thorough explanation of what he discovered, what he did to replace and how the whole new Skylight was sealed from any elements. A truly great experience. A definite recommendation.

There was zero interruption in my home life. It was a clean job. And now I have beautiful natural light coming into my home and not have to worry about a leaking skylight through the winter.
