Had a small leak in my skylight. Jeff came by same day and was able to get them replaced before winter. He provided photos of the windows he removed....they had been installed incorrectly. He also provided photos of his work. Great customer service

We had a leaking skylight that we had neglected for too long. With winter coming, we wanted to get it fixed and avoid another spring of dodging buckets on the stairs. I called Jeff and he was very responsive and was able to fit us in during a fairly busy end of season time for him. He came out to check it out and give us what i thought was a very fair estimate. He provided a detailed overview of the best way to proceed with the repair, and suggested a replacement given the age of our current skylight.

Jeff made an appointment to come by the next day, but unfortunately we had to postpone because of the weather. When he saw the weather was not going to be as bad as first forecast, he asked if he could do the repair that afternoon. We agreed, and he came by as promised and did the repair.

He also documented each step of the replacement and provided photos. He was also very great in explaining how the other skylight had failed, and how his install should protect against leaks.

The replacement was done a month or so ago, and there have been no leaks or condensation like with the old skylight. So far, I am extremely satisfied with the job done by Jeff.

Moore Skylights was an amazing! Their service was amazing! From the moment I called to get an estimate they reassured me that they would take care of my old broken skylight and replace it with ease and they did! They even made sure to protect my furniture and clean up impeccably before they left!

Jeff was great to work with. We came home from vacation to find we had a leaky skylight. When it rained hard, the water would drip for an hour! We had to find someone to help out quickly so we found Jeff and gave him a call. From our first conversatiom I knew he was the company we would go with. Called back within minutes, understood the problem and came out quickly to confirm what we needed to replace the skylights. He came out exactly when he said he would every time, and explained details of the job as he was doing it. Exactly what you want...easy to deal with, good quality workmanship. Highly recommeded.

My fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Jeff to replace our old skylight. We contacted Jeff via his online form on his website (on a Sunday) after discovering a leak late Saturday night. I hired Jeff to replace our 22 year old acrylic skylight. The entire experience with Jeff, from the initial phonecall, to getting the quote, through his wonderful patience and promptness in providing answers to my many questions, to the installation and cleanup, was 101% positive. Jeff arrived when he said he would and the work done was perfect with no garbage or mess left behind. The before and after pictures he provided were a nice touch. Jeff's personality, promptness of communicating, work ethic, and workmanship was all top notch. I highly recommend Jeff and his company.

I don't usually write these reviews but found Jeff and Moore Skylights to be very professional, well priced and extremely helpful. Jeff was great at explaining the whole process, and confirmed the work completed by taking photos. I wouldn't hesitate to use Jeff at Moore Skylights again and I've already recommended him to my neighbours. Highly recommend.

I did my research and talked to a few company’s for repairing my skylight which was starting to leak. When I finally called Moore’s Skylight and spoke with Jeff, I got the sense I was speaking with a true professional - someone who is very knowledgeable and someone I could trust. I took a chance and was glad I did. Moore’s Skylight was very responsive to my urgent needs. The cost was minimal and the work completed was clean and detailed as photos were taken every step of the way. Hands down. Great job!!
