Worst Customer Service Expereince Ever
Hired them to replace windows on my entire house in July. This is December and the job still hasn't been finished. Took them three trips to finish the windows and installed a clear glass window when I asked for a glazed window. Now I walk into my house and see my plywood through a dummy clear glass window. Instead of admitting the mistake, wanted to put a glazed paper on the window. Rolled up to my house with an UGLY looking black paper. I paid 15K for these windows and wasn't going to have my house ruined with that paper so I told him to come back and volunteered to even buy the glazed paper. After numerous phone calls and messages, still waiting for them to come finish the job. I would caution until they get their act together.

To be honest we are quite surprised to learn that you feel that the job is yet to be completed,seeing as all items listed and agreed upon on your contract have been completed and delivered long ago.
The glass delivered for the front attic window was the one you originally requested. However, after learning that you were not satisfied with your original selection we offered multiple solutions free of charge.
After several site visits we felt that there was nothing else we could offer to help you. We did however suggest that if you found a different option, not offered in the window industry that we would help you to the best of our ability to install it again free of charge.
As per our most current notes on this file you have purchased some sort of exterior film and would like us to help you shape and install it, again free of charge .
