Premier (Alan) was the plumber on my brand new bathroom renovation. He worked with my contractor to install a toilet, sink and bathroom accessories. Shortly after installation, we found out that some pipes were exposed to the cold and over the winter the pipes ended up freezing several times. I reached out to Alan to discuss the issue and he showed up once, made some random comments, did not take accountability and said he will let me know. I have been trying to reach the company for the last year and they are intentionally avoiding my calls. I am trying to be as respectful as possible but they refuse to show any decency or semblance of accepting some responsibility.
I hope this review serves as a warning to others considering this business. It's difficult to fathom that this lack of accountability and ownership of work done warrants any positive reviews. Makes one think.
