Exterior Renovation: Fix Pergola and Remove Second Floor Balcony
We had our windows replaced and decided at that time to replace the sliding glass doors off our bedroom with windows which meant removing the balcony and building a small roof over the bay windows below. On our pergola the beam holding the roof joist was rotten and the brick posts holding the cross beams had sunk so needed the brick posts reinforced and cross beam replaced.
I was very impressed with WPI Renovations for a number of reasons. They were very helpful in defining how to solve the problem with the pergola, their estimate was detailed and reasonable, the finished product was exceptional and they would notice and fix errors before I had to mention it. I do a lot of renovations myself and was very impressed with how they completed the job and the quality of their work.
