Atlantic Coast Movers

Atlantic was amazing - so pleasant and genuinely concerned about me and my move. I misunderstood something and moving agent quickly explained it, the movers at pick-up were also great - so patient with me as this was my first time using relocation services and I didn't know exactly how things worked. Our move-in crew was so fast and efficient, we found so easy to deal with them and gave us many good suggestions on how to set things up in our new place.

Having recently contracted Atlantic Coast, I would highly recommend their services to anybody in need of a move anywhere. I gave them a timeline, they agreed and stuck to it, and kept me in the loop as the date got closer. The crew promptly arrived with 3 courteous professionals that were very accommodating to our family’s needs. Our move was a tricky one with some large furniture but it was handled well. Couldn’t be happier with the results. They made an intricate move seamless. I give them 5 stars!

This was our first time moving with professional help. The crew that came for the load out were clean, courteous & professional and all were loaded without incident. Even the heavy toolbox. The load arrived a couple of days earlier than projected which was nice for us. Overall we are quite pleased with the job and how things turned out. Thank You very much for the crews that worked on this, they did a great job.

We are pleased to say, overall, the quote process, pick up, transfer and delivery by Atlantic was quite stress-free. The crew at Quebec end accepted suggestions and used these with their loading methods. We remarked that the coordination, steady workflow and general goodwill between them was commendable. At delivery to Toronto, the crew also willingly accepted information from us, helping them to unpack the container without damage to any item. The care with which furniture items were moved within the house area must also be mentioned. As remarked earlier, overall we are very satisfied with the experience.

Pretty big move. Two movers came and packed my belongings really carefully, wrapping and disassembling where needed. The only charge that appeared which wasn't part of the quoted sum was the "long walk" charge, but even that was hardly a hidden cost - it was listed as a possibility on the estimate. Unloading was also very straightforward. When I thought I had lost an item, the movers stayed put until I found it. I think the only thing I really lost was some inexpensive dishes, which isn't bad for a 60-item move. My eight musical instruments (including a double bass) all made it safely, and that's what's important. Would recommend it.

Having the same team load and unload made ALL the difference to me. The team was phenomenal! I will ask for them specifically for my next move. The BEST of six cross province, and one international, moves! The movers were well-spoken, thoughtful, patient, efficient, courteous, pleasant, respectful of my home and items and my family. The team worked so well together. I loved the way they loaded half day and unloaded on another half day. It was so nice to see the guys have such energy. In the past, I watched movers get slower and slower as the day progressed because they were exhausted. This method worked so much better! The team worked together like a well-oiled machine. It was a pleasure to observe!

I am leaving a review so far of the pick-up experience since that is all that has happened so far. Our team did an excellent job. They were professional towards me and my family during the whole process. As part of our arrangement, they packed our big screen TV, mirrors, and other fragile. They created custom boxes on the fly and even made special wrapping for things like our coffee table to try and buffer it more for inter-province shipping. We would be more than happy to refer friends to this company. We will leave a post-delivery review when the time comes.

Very good overall experience. Guy in customer service was prompt, responsive and helpful. They worked with us to meet our budget and a rather small pickup and delivery schedule. We had a dedicated 26 ft truck that was packed in Calgary and delivered 10 days later in Toronto. The loading crew were great. They worked neatly and carefully to package and protect our goods and did so at an incredibly fast pace. They asked questions when unsure of what we wanted and actually got more material on the truck than we expected. The delivery crew were also excellent. These two guys were right on time and unloaded, unpacked and set up our furniture in about six hours. They too were courteous, asked all the right questions and worked their tails off. I hope that I do not have to move again for a long time but if I needed to I would not hesitate to call Atlantic.

The men that came by to move me out of my apartment were very nice and considerate of my belongings and me. I really appreciated how communicative they were with me prior to arrival and throughout the move. All my belongings were safely transported and they were extremely helpful in making sure that all of my stuff ended up where I wanted it. I didn't have to lift a finger. Thank you again, team :)

We had so many things that needed to be moved and we informed Atlantic beforehand. But they really took it well. The men arrived on time on the moving day. They started packing everything very meticulously. They packed everything with a good system. They were particularly careful with the breakables. They delivered on time and nothing was missing, broken or damaged. The movers really proved how experienced they are. I am very pleased to recommend them.
