Had Altech install and monitor alarm systems in two separate Restaurants. Provided quick, professional and personal customer service. Installation was quick, conveniently scheduled, and clean. Monitoring is beyond compare with immediate response in the event of trouble, and quick response time. Very friendly and even provided honest advice and feedback unrelated to sales. Highly recommended - as a small business owner I respect their attention to detail and customer satisfaction. I am comfortable entrusting this company with my business and looking forward to having them install in my new home to protect my family.
