Do not contact them !!! Abusive part price, they tell you only after intalled. Take much more time than needed.
On the phone they told me it necessary at maximum 2 hours, but takes 3.5 hours to do a simple installation.
A simple part you pay cents they charge more than $20.00

On this particular job, we quoted the customer $200 plus the price of parts. The customer agreed to this price. When we arrived, we noticed there were several issues that needed repair. The parts cost us $140. The job total came to roughly $340 (not including taxes)
Prior to presenting the final invoice, our technician noticed that the water softener had a leak and we spent time fixing that as well. This was included free of charge!
Even with the free service waived, the customer strongly believed that they shouldn't have to pay for parts. We should include them free of charge. This is simply not fair or reasonable to assume that we can provide free parts to our clients.
We were very disappointed to learn that this customer behaved less-than-kind to our young and capable employee. We provided quality workmanship, great parts and installation, provided an extra free hour of service and you felt you shouldn't have to pay - an amount that you agreed upon.
We went back the next day when this review went up and explained how our business works. The customer understood that they were being unreasonable and apologized about the incident.
