John and his crew are amazing! They came in to a blank slate, gave us a beautiful bathroom, 2 bedrooms and storage areas. They were very concentious, were there on time every day and kept the area clean. I can't say enough about how easy they are to work with! We are more than thrilled with the results...and all on budget and faster than quoted!

John and his team did an amazing job to our outdated bathroom. We had three previous quotes completed (two of which were grossly over priced) and one person said that he would have to cut a hole in our living room wall to have the tub brought in. John and his team did an amazing job and were quick, as well as efficient. They are personable, on time each morning, and cleaned the work area before they left every night. They even fixed a couple outstanding issues I wasn't even aware of. Before you get a quote from anyone else, I cant over emphasize that JD Renovations is the team to hire.

We are very pleased with the professional workmanship and attitude of John and his staff. They worked on our renovations for the kitchen, bathroom, hallway, heating bulkheads and laundry area. They showed up when they said they would and didn't leave our job to work on other jobs, as we have experienced with other contractors. They worked within the budget and if there were any overages they were discussed with us. They care about the quality of their work and want the customer to be happy with the outcome. It was a very pleasant experience for a renovation.

We hired JD a restoration to renovate our basement. We had concerns with some pre-exsisting leaks and new placement of water pipes. The job wasn’t small and was executed with ease. Half the problem with contractors/trades is lack of communication and workers showing up. We didn’t have this issue. We thought highly of the workers at Jd and are super pleased with the outcome of our renovation.

JD Restoration finished our basement for us and tiled our backsplash. The staff was always on time, friendly and meticulous. Their attention to detail was on point. John was always reachable and very knowledgeable. He came with lots of suggestions on how to make the basement feel warm and cozy, managed to hide all our randomly placed bulkheads for a nice clean look without making the basement dark by lowering the ceilings excessively. He even creatively came up with the idea to put a tunnel under the stairs for our kids to hide and play in - no wasted space here! The space was always cleaned up at the end of the night. We will have them back again to put in our deck and put a fence up in the spring. The job was finished on time and on budget!

FROM CLUNKY BUILDER MASTER BATH TO SPA-LIKE OASIS

We chose JD Restoration for our master ensuite complete tear out renovation and to upgrade our other bathrooms. We chose them because they had previously performed some restoration work for us after a flood and we were extremely pleased with the results.

John and his crew did not disappoint! Our master now looks like it could be in House and Home magazine! They were professional and courteous and brought our vision to life.

Everyone knows that major renovations will have some minor setbacks, what made this experience different is that ours were all completely resolved to our extreme satisfaction with personal attention from John.

When we upgrade the rest of our house (and now we have to because it looks so dated compared to our modern spa bathrooms!) we will be sure to call John and his team.

We had JD Restorations do our kitchen backsplash and paint our entire house top to bottom. The crew arrived on time, cleaned up well after themselves and advised of any concerns throughout the project. JD Restorations finished the job on time and on budget without compromising the quality of the work. We get compliments all the time on how great the paint and backsplash look!
