Dmitri did a great job and is very knowledgeable! Dmitri explained everything regarding the work and replaced the inducer motor very quickly. I would recommend heatmaster services to anyone that is having furnace issues.

Punctuality, thoroughness and professionalism was my expectation when hiring someone to install my furnace, humidiifier and air conditioner and this is what I experienced with Dmitri from Headmaster Services. He also replaced my dryer hose, insulated the exterior air conditioner lines and replaced the hot water chimney. As well they installed a new smart programmable thermostat which I am very pleased with. The dozen furnace filters included with his quote was an added bonus. They cleaned up all areas they worked in and were professional and friendly even when I requested a few last minute changes. The quote was very reasonable! The air conditioner has been worth every penny and would recommend to anyone considering one. All work was done in May 2020 and couldn't be happier ever since. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Headmaster Services.

We had Dimitri come to do our air conditioner on the hottest day of the summer. He was polite professional and quick, he explained everything about the job which I greatly appreciated.

Dmitri and Ian were awesome. When Dmitri came for a quote, he was exactly on time. He also noticed a couple other issues I had (furnace drain, humidifier drain, and corroded connection on the hot water tank). When they came to do the AC install (competitively priced), they also fixed those other issues free of charge. They were super professional and friendly, they explained exactly what they were doing, and gave us tips on how to maintain the AC. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone.

Heatmaster Services recently installed a new AC unit in our home - we are very happy with their service as well as the product provided. We have been using the AC for a few weeks and everything is working perfectly. The guys took the time to explain their work and provided helpful tips regarding both the furnace and AC unit's operation and maintenance. They also went above and beyond and replaced our humidifier drain lines free of charge. Overall, working with Heatmasters was a great experience and I would recommend them for your next project.

Dmitri and Ian from Heatmasters replaced our 19 year old furnace and hot water tank. They were not only very competitive on price, the were prompt in the work. They replaced both in a day, added a cold air return and left the area spotless.

They left us with three years worth of furnace filters. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I have replaced a 22-year-old Carrier furnace with Goodman furnace because of the cracks in the heat exchanger. Dmitry with Ian had installed the new unit very professionally and it took them one day. There was no mess during the time of removal of the old furnace and installation of the new one. On top of the furnace installation they added as a bonus a good humidifier unit. The Goodman furnace is a two-stage, high efficiency furnace, 100BTU with DC motor. It is very quiet. The digital thermostat is included into the installation as well. I found out about their service through my neighbours who were very satisfied with their work. Likewise, I will happily recommend the service of Heatmaster to anyone in need of it. Lastly, I would like to note that Dmitry and Ian were trustworthy and easy to work with.
