This piece is an excellent size (approx 42"x20") with drop leaf for expansion. It is perfect for a small apartment/condo kitchen. Wonderfully designed small island on casters for great work space and storage. The item comes in three boxes and assembly was EASY! It wook about two hours from box to finished piece in the kitchen. I was impressed with the high quality of the construction. I love it!!
