I would personally not recommend Mike for home inspection services. Being out-of-town and not being able to view the property before purchase, we were relying heavily on a thorough home inspection. After taking possession and viewing the property, we were quite shocked to find things that were not identified in the home inspection. Of most concern was water staining on the ceiling. There was no mention of this in the report. As well, there were a few other items that seemed to have been missed, which would have been helpful in knowing for our negotiation with the seller. To Mike’s credit, he came back to the property after notifying him of these issues. However, he seemed to have a hard time acknowledging that he had missed these things.
In my opinion, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
