Manny and his team were great. They were very good about explaining to me the work being done. The work was done within the scheduled time. Very considerate team! Also it is great to see a team that enjoy their job and working together.

Manny and his team did a great job replacing our eavestroughs and downpipes. They offered wise suggestions and alternatives and they listened to us. In addition, they were flexible and adaptable when some changes needed to be made during the installation. Afterwards they cleaned up the site thoroughly. I will use them again and recommend them to others.

Manny and his crew were fantastic!! Great work and very professional. We had a major eavestrough leak that Manny repaired so we didn't have any water damage or flooding while we waited for the bigger job to be scheduled. And there was some very hard rain storms. The job was done quickly and looks great. And what we loved most was Manny being on site and his attention to detail. This is your choice if you need new eavestroughs.

They tested the eaves with water to ensure it was flowing properly. Didn’t leave a scrap of garbage on our property. It was a pleasure to have them work on our home. We had our roof replaced by Roofs on Homes, and also needed new eavestroughs, soffits and fascia. Manny was fantastic - he recommended colors that we would not necessarily have picked ourselves but that look GREAT on our home. The crew was prompted and cleaned up well after the job. Manny and his crew gave our home an incredible facelift. Very professional and friendly team who went above and beyond to advise us on what would look best on our home, and fix certain unexpected issues which arose along the way under the old siding & fascia, such as rotted wood. Manny has an eye for design and pays great attention to detail to ensure the job looked great and was done correctly. He and his team arrive early everyday and work hard until the job is done. We really enjoyed working with Manny and his crew, and would definitely recommend him to anybody looking for the services he offers.

I needed soffits, eaves and downspouts replaced ASAP and Manny was able to schedule me in within a few days after doing his initial quote (which was fair and comparable to other quotes I received). I really appreciated Manny's level of service and he kept me posted on the project around the clock with phone calls and texts because he knew I needed the work completed urgently. He really provides service to customers and aims to please. We had a soffit slightly damaged by another contractor within days of Manny's completed work and he offered to come back in a few months when our house reno is complete so he can replace the dented soffit. You can tell that customer service is a priority for him and he will fix any issues or slight imperfection until you are happy. We had a big rain storm shortly after he completed the work and so far so good! Thanks Manny!

I engaged Manny in June to completely replace eavestroughs and downspouts for my detached home in Milton. He and his crew at Multi Service Aluminum did a fantastic job. Manny was upfront and his quote was reasonable, given his company’s reputation and quality. The previous eavestroughs and downspouts were approx. 15 years old, had been installed by the homebuilder, and were not of great quality / design. Manny shared his expertise regarding what was truly needed, as well as potential colour choices.

On the scheduled day, he and his crew promptly arrived, cleanly removed the old eavestroughs / downspouts, professionally installed the new ones, and properly cleaned up the place at the end. They were courteous, respectful, friendly and showed great customer orientation.

In addition, Manny is quite responsive to text messages, phone calls and emails.

Overall, it was a pleasure working with Manny & his crew; and Multi Aluminium’s rating and prior reviews on HomeStars are quite justified.
