Flat Rate Relocation

We used Flat Rate recently for a move from Vancouver to Edmonton. Overall, we are extremely happy with the service we received. Sef in particular took amazing care of us, such a gentleman. We had a couple of minor issues but they were quickly resolved to our satisfaction. We would not hesitate to use Flat Rate again for any future moves.

The entire team from Flat Rate Relocation, were outstanding. Professional, friendly, conscientious; they made the entire experience enjoyable and everything was handled in a way that exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend them for any move.

This was our first move using a moving company, and we were a little nervous. We had too many friends with horror stories of missing/damaged items, or stuff being delayed for months at a time. We did a lot of research, and read a lot of reviews, and luckily Flat Rate Relocation Inc exceeded all our expectations! The quote was extremely accurate, the team was very helpful and went the extra mile to ensure our stuff arrived intact. Pickup and delivery were on time and very efficient. This move was a temporary one, and when we're ready to move again in about a year, we will definitely be booking their services again!

We had a great experience with Seth and his team of movers. They were very professional, respectful, thorough, and timely. All of our belongings were packed with care and made it from Calgary to Vancouver in one piece. They unloaded our belongings very efficiently and helped us stage our living room. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

My husband and I used Flat Rate Relocation for a slightly complicated multi-stage move from Portland, Oregon to Gabriola Island, BC. We had our house packed into storage in Portland by a local company, went to Canada to find a place to live, and then asked Flat Rate Relocation to move everything from the storage facility to our new home several months later. They stayed in touch during the months from our original conversation to our actual move date and Leo was always available to answer questions, provide clarification, and set up the details of the international move. They provided the paperwork and guidance in advance to make sure that the border crossing would go smoothly. On the actual weekend of the move, Sef and his team did a great job. They coordinated meeting times for pick-up, border crossing, and delivery across three consecutive days, were right on time, and maintained great attitudes in spite of some long days of work and travel. They were extraordinarily careful, handling some antiques and fragile items with great care. Through out the process, Flat Rate exhibited knowledge and experience to ensure that the potentially stressful move went without a hitch. We absolutely plan to use them again.

We used Flat Rate Relocation for our recent move from Fort McMurray to West Kelowna and couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. All of our conversations were professional and courteous, they answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease with the process. The only constructive feedback I would provide was that maybe we should have done a video walk through of our home as I think we underestimated the amount of stuff we had through email and they only sent 2 guys to do the loading and it took a very long time to load the truck. I loved knowing there would be no hidden or surprise charges.

We had great service from Jason and Flat Rate Relocation. We are extremely happy we made the choice to go with them. We appreciated the prompt service and overall got the job done as effeciently as possible.

Both the guys were great and flexible when encountering problems at the different pickup locations. We did appreciate all their support and it was a job well done.

This company is excellent .. I had no stress ..very professional movers.
The move included 4 heavy oak planters that were moved separately at night by Sef after a long day of moving furniture .. I normally do not leave reviews .. this company is the gold standard for movers.

This is the SECOND review I've left for Flat Rate. A year ago they moved me from Calgary to Vancouver and most recently they moved me within Vancouver from one location to another, which included storing my things for 2 weeks.

I'm happy to report they remain just as diligent and professional in their work a year later. I likely could have tried for most cost effective options, but I felt the incremental cost was worth it for peace of mind. I don't regret my decision at all! I highly recommend Flat Rate!
