Integrated Clean Air Services

Met Stephen at a local home show. Seemed very knowledgable and sincere. I was looking for this service as we recently moved in and wanted to start fresh. He seemed to be the best one I had spoken to in this regard. He arrived right on time and did a very thorough and tidy job. Very happy with his service and highly recommend him to anyone concerned about air quality. His knowledge goes way beyond the duct cleaning side of the business and gave me very good advice.

When I called compainies to have my air ducts cleaned, I wanted to be sure that I was going to get a good job. Steve answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. He arrived on time and explained what he was going to do. I watched him work, he didn't miss a thing. I am very happy with the work he did.

I had met Steve before and he is a nice guy who seems to know his work, so I asked him to clean my air ducts. He did a very good job. He noticed that I had removed the filters my air cleaner. I explained that the last people who checked my furnace took them out, but they wouldn’t go back in. Steve was familiar with it and said that as I have a fairly high-end air cleaner, the parts will only go back, in a certain order. He also pointed out that the last guys had moved the wiring and put the door on backwards; which also didn’t help. He adjusted the cable, fixed the door and voila, it worked. It’s nice to have my air cleaner back. I am very happy he took the time to make that right.

I met Steve at one of my customers’ homes. After speaking with him, I booked my duct cleaning appointment. He arrived on time. He showed me where my vents were and how a few were being blocked. He also took some time and showed me about how the air system in my home works and gave me some tips as to how I can improve it in the future. I am a general contractor and I learned a lot about HVAC that day. Steve certainly knows his stuff. I will be recommending him to my clients.

We had the basement finished recently. We were told to have our air ducts cleaned so we called Steve. He came a little early, after calling first. He told me to remove the paint cans and chemicals from the furnace room after he left so the fumes wouldn’t get drawn into the ductwork. I didn’t know that could happen. When he was finished cleaning the air ducts, we talked for a while about dust in our home. He explained how it can be created and left us some information on what we can do to help lower the day to day dust levels in our home. I really appreciate the time he spent explaining things to us.

I have owned my home for 17 years and have not had the air ducts cleaned. I have also had a lot of work done in my home, so I knew they needed it. I was happy I chose Steve to come and clean them for me. He got to my house when he said he would. He is very polite. At the end he even took out the dirty furnace filter and replaced it with a new one. I think Steve did a great job cleaning my air ducts. I would have him back.
